COLPOFER Security Training Project

During 2018 Colpofer has set up a coordinated training project among members, in order to allow those interested, to mutually achieve an increased level of information sharing concerning security best practices, know-how and expertise. WG Ticket Fraud started off the Programme with the “ticket checking best practice exchange and operational experience” between Trenitalia and SNCF. During the operational training the team concentrated the activities on validation and control of international tickets, with the aim of intercepting forged and/or modified titles held by travelers and delivering higher standards of cooperation between European railway companies, one of Colpofer main goals.
